October saw the first chapter of Birmingham Tech Leaders take place.

We initiated our journey with a focus on innovation, targeting four key areas:

1. Evaluating the current focus of our tech leaders

2. Identifying and overcoming barriers to innovation within our businesses

2. Crafting a vision for AI integration in our operations

3. Implementing innovation strategies within our organisations

To gain real-time insights, the board sought feedback from Tech Leaders within the region. We aimed to align our efforts and uncover what accelerates IT teams, enhances efficiency, and sets us apart.

Our first chapter of was hosted by GW (Griffiths Waite) at their offices in the Centre City Building on Hill Street, Birmingham.
